May Day Maibock
Maibock translates as May Bock in Germany. Since the 16th century Maibock is released at the end of April or very beginning of May. Brewed with Pilsner and German Vienna malt. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Fermented cold with Bierstadt Lager’s house lager strain for dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma. A 3+ month lagering time makes this beer exceptionally drinkable for it’s strength.
