Where does the name Comrade come from?
com·rade /ˈkämˌrad/ n. 1. a person who shares in one’s activities, occupation, etc.; companion, associate, or friend
The name comes from the camaraderie that the craft brewing industry is known for
What are your hours?
We are open Wednesday – Sunday at noon and Monday – Tuesday 3pm – 9pm. Please check the bottom of this page for holiday hours
Will you have a food truck?
The events section at the bottom of this page has current and upcoming food trucks and events
Do you sell growlers?
We have always sold growlers of all our draft beer. We also have 32oz and 64oz glass growlers as well as a 64oz stainless steel insulated growler for sale if you don’t have your growler with you
Do you fill other breweries’ growlers?
Yes! We just require that the growler have the government warning
Do you have Crowlers?
What’s parking like?
We have a private parking lot, with over 750 spaces. There are several hundred vacant spaces at any given time
Are you bottling or canning?
We are not at this time. Please check back on our packaging status next year.
Do you have a gluten-free or non-alcoholic offerings?
We have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and a rotating Kombucha on draft
Do you have any ciders?
Unfortunately, our brewery license does not allow us to produce wine
Can we bring our dogs?
We are well-behaved dog friendly. Dogs must be quiet, leashed and under control at all times. Dog are welcome to remain outside the taproom if these rules aren’t followed. This is for the safety, comfort and consideration of all our patrons.
Do you have food?
We do not have a kitchen. We do have a rotating food truck, there are 6 restaurants within a 2 minute walk of the brewery (Sonic, Pho Denver, Wing Slingers, Pat’s Philly Steaks and Subs, Skippy’s) and you are welcome to bring what you like to eat.
Can I buy kegs of your beer?
Kegs are currently available for bars and restaurants only

We are fully staffed at this time
Are you communist?
Far from it. We are family owned and operated and headquartered in Colorado. We only use US made brewing equipment, from our brewhouse, fermentors, serving tanks, pumps, grist case, etc. You will not find foreign made tanks at Comrade Brewing. Less than 5% of breweries in Colorado uphold this standard
