Munich Helles. We brewed this beer in honor of Ogg, a Colorado School of Mines professor, beer lover and co-founder of Declaration Brewing, who passed away earlier this year after his battle with cancer. Pilsner malt with a touch of wheat and Munich II. Lightly hopped with German Magnum and Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops for a mild bitterness and a light herbal grassy noble hop aroma. Lagered for 11 weeks. $1 of every pint sold at the brewery will go to support Paul’s wife and two young daughters.
