Mark it Zero IPA! A super dry IPA made with Genie Pale malt from Root Shoot Malting in Loveland, Co. The hops are Mosaic, New Zealand grown Pacific Sunrise, and a dash of El Dorado terpenes from Oast House Oils in Lafayette, Co.
It’s a very clean IPA with tropical notes from the Mosaic, some lemon and orange citrus from the Pacific Sunrise, and a pleasant grassiness from the El Dorado, all supported on a delicate malt background provided by the Genie Pale Malt. 7% ABV
